As we get to the end of the construction period Horizon will begin recruiting staff to work in the crematorium. We will need a manager, assistants and chapel attendants, cremator operators and gardeners. We will be looking for people with a mixture of compassion and experience, but for us, having a caring empathetic approach is what matters most.
